For attorney-referred appointments, Blue Quill follows the documents and signing instructions provided by your attorney while meeting Pennsylvania's requirements for notarization. Depending on what your document requires, these are performed as acknowledgments, verifications upon oaths or affirmations, oaths or affirmations, copy certifications, or signature witnessing.

PRICING
Straightforward, upfront fees
Notarial fees follow the maximum rates set by the Pennsylvania Department of State. A mobile service fee, starting at $75, applies to each appointment. We'll provide a written estimate based on the information you provide before you book.

Pennsylvania sets maximum fees for individual notarial acts. The rates applicable to Blue Quill's currently offered notarial services are shown below and are separate from Blue Quill's own service fees above.
